Immortality Complex keeps you alive by restoring your health to full the moment you take damage in Content Warning. Monster attacks, dangerous falls, traps, and other hazards can still hit you, but they cannot keep your health down long enough to end the run. Use it to chase dangerous footage without watching your health bar, explore unfamiliar areas without repeated restarts, or stay standing long enough to recover equipment and help the rest of the crew reach safety. The effect runs automatically while enabled. Turn it off whenever you want normal damage, health loss, and the risk of death to return.
