</>Common questions about Cornucopia (Item Spawner)
What does Cornucopia do in Graveyard Keeper?
Cornucopia is a full item spawner for Graveyard Keeper, from ProjectMods. It lets you drop any item the game knows about straight into your inventory — wood, iron, corpses, wine, rare ingredients, building parts, anything. You press Refresh List once you're in your save to load every item into a dropdown, pick the one you want, choose how many, and hit Spawn Item to place them in your bags. It's built for skipping the fetch-and-haul busywork: stock a workshop, grab materials for a big build, or replace an ingredient you keep running out of, all in a click. If your bags are full it tells you rather than quietly losing the item, so you always know what actually landed.
How do I spawn an item with Cornucopia?
Spawning with Cornucopia is a four-step routine. First, while you're loaded into your Graveyard Keeper save, press Refresh List — this loads every item in the game into the dropdown. Second, open the Item dropdown and pick what you want. Third, set the Count to however many you need. Fourth, press Spawn Item, and the whole batch drops into your inventory. The only step people forget is the first one: the dropdown starts empty on purpose and stays empty until you refresh it from inside a save. Once you've refreshed, the full list stays ready, so you can spawn one thing after another without repeating the step unless you reload.
What kinds of items can Cornucopia spawn?
Cornucopia can spawn essentially anything in Graveyard Keeper, because it loads the game's own full list of items when you press Refresh List. That means raw materials like wood, stone, iron and wheat; processed goods like planks, nails and wine; consumables and ingredients; quest and crafting components; and yes, even corpses for your graveyard work. If the game has an item for it, it shows up in the dropdown ready to spawn. This makes the mod handy for everything from stocking a workshop and powering a big build to grabbing a single rare ingredient you keep running short on. You choose the item and the quantity; Cornucopia just delivers it straight to your bags.
How many of an item can I spawn at once?
Cornucopia has a Count setting that controls how many of the selected item each Spawn Item press delivers. Set it to one if you just need a single rare ingredient, or crank it up to spawn a big stack of materials for a large project in one go. The Count applies to whatever item is currently chosen in the dropdown, so you can spawn fifty planks, switch the dropdown, and then spawn a hundred nails using a new number. The one thing to watch is inventory space — if your bags can't hold the full batch, Cornucopia tells you instead of silently dropping the overflow, so you always know exactly how many made it in.
Why is the item dropdown empty when I first open Cornucopia?
That's expected, not a bug. The Item dropdown in Cornucopia starts empty on purpose and only fills in after you press Refresh List from inside a loaded Graveyard Keeper save. The mod builds its dropdown from the game's own item list, which isn't loaded until you're actually in a save rather than sitting at the menu — so the dropdown waits for you. Once you're in your world and press Refresh List, every item pops into the list and stays there, ready to pick and spawn. If you ever load a different save and the list looks off, just press Refresh List again to rebuild it. One tap and you're back in business.
