</>What does Give Money do?
Give Money lets you add Funds directly to your Kerbal Space Program budget. Choose the amount you need and use the Give Money button to pay for new rockets, facility upgrades, crew, and other space program expenses. It is useful when an expensive design needs another test flight, a failed launch has drained the budget, or you want to experiment with larger missions without completing more contracts first. The updated balance appears through the normal Funds display. The separate Reset Money action sets the current balance to exactly zero. Money controls are available in Career and Mission saves where a budget is active; Sandbox mode does not use Funds.

Use it to finance rocket construction, replace lost vessels, upgrade facilities, hire crew, or test expensive spacecraft without waiting for more contract rewards.
