Why does enabling Super Speed sometimes look unchanged?
The multiplier starts at 1x, which means normal movement speed. Choose a value above 1x to see a movement increase. The runtime now starts with Enabled matching its default option, so you should not need to switch the option off and back on after loading the mod.
