Press Refresh Devices after opening the workshop, choose a device by name, then press Spawn Device to place it on an empty workbench. The picker uses ReStory's own device list and display names. It will not replace a device that is already on the bench. Changes stay with the normal game save while reversible controls restore their prior state when turned off.
