</>What does Instant Architect do?
Turn base building from a resource-hauling marathon into a fast, flexible design tool. Instant Architect removes the repetitive work between planning a structure and seeing it finished, so you can spend more time shaping your base and less time chopping, carrying, and hammering. Enable Free Building to place any structure from the survival book without owning the required materials. Lay out cabins, treehouses, walls, foundations, traps, defenses, and large connected builds without collecting a single log, stick, stone, or other resource first. Enable Instant Complete and every blueprint finishes itself as soon as you place it. Structures appear fully built with no material delivery or manual construction required, making it possible to rough out an entire fortress or creative project in minutes. Both options work independently. Use them together for unrestricted creative building, leave Instant Complete off when you want free blueprints that you can finish manually, or keep Free Building disabled while using your own materials and skipping only the final construction process. Turn either setting off whenever you want to return that part of building to normal. Whether you are planning a compact survival camp, testing defensive layouts, rebuilding after damage, or creating a massive custom base, Instant Architect keeps the focus on design rather than resource grinding.

Instant Architect is a free building and instant construction mod for The Forest. It lets you place survival book structures without carrying the required materials and can automatically complete blueprints as soon as they are placed. Separate toggles support full creative building, free blueprint placement with manual completion, or normal material costs with instant construction. It is ideal for base design, large fortresses, defensive testing, rebuilding, screenshots, and players who want to skip repetitive log hauling.

Can I build without collecting materials?
Yes. Enable Free Building to place structures from the survival book without owning their required materials.
Do blueprints complete as soon as I place them?
Yes. Enable Instant Complete and each placed blueprint will immediately become a finished structure.
Can I use free building without instant completion?
Yes. The two options are independent, so you can place blueprints for free and still finish them manually.
Can I keep normal material costs but skip construction time?
Yes. Leave Free Building disabled and enable Instant Complete to use the normal placement requirements while finishing structures immediately.
What happens when I turn the options off?
The affected building behaviour returns to normal. Material requirements and manual blueprint completion are restored for any disabled option.
