Infinite Health protects the player from damage during ULTRAKILL levels. Once enabled, incoming attacks no longer drain your health, allowing you to stay alive through encounters that would normally end the run. The protection is useful for learning boss patterns, exploring arenas, testing weapon combinations, and practising difficult sections without restarting after every mistake. It changes survivability without increasing weapon damage or altering enemy health. Enable Infinite Health after loading into a level to keep the protection active. Turning the option off restores normal damage immediately, so you can return to the standard challenge whenever you are ready.
