What does Item Spawner do in Unturned?

Why is the Item To Spawn dropdown empty when I first load into Unturned?
That's expected, and it has a one-button fix. The dropdown in Item Spawner stays empty until the mod scans Unturned's loaded item assets, which it doesn't do automatically on launch — that would slow your game start. Press Refresh Item List once after you're in-game and the full catalog populates: every gun, every attachment, every consumable, every piece of clothing, every crafting material. After that, you can pick from the dropdown freely. If you load into a new map or after a mod change and items seem missing, hit Refresh again. This ProjectMods Unturned mod uses Refresh Item List specifically so the catalog always reflects what's actually loaded right now.
How many items can Item Spawner drop at once in Unturned?
Up to 100 per Spawn Item press in Unturned. Pick an item from the dropdown, set the count slider anywhere from 1 to 100, and tap Spawn Item to drop that many at your character's current position. ProjectMods picked 100 as the ceiling because it covers basically every practical use — stacking ammo for a long firefight, building a depot of medkits, gearing up an entire group with matching loadouts, or filling a vehicle's trunk with a specific resource. If you need more than 100 of one thing, just press Spawn Item again. Each press is its own drop, so you can stack up as much as you want.
What does Refresh Item List do in Unturned's Item Spawner?
Refresh Item List in this ProjectMods Unturned mod rescans every item currently loaded by the game and rebuilds the spawner's dropdown to match. The first time you press it after loading into a map, it populates the dropdown with the full catalog of guns, attachments, clothing, consumables, and crafting materials available in that session.
