What does Full Roster unlock in Yet Another Zombie Survivors?
Full Roster opens two things: every team leader in the character picker, and every city on the map screen. Press Unlock Everything once with the game open and your profile loaded, then head to character select - the locked portraits are now pickable, and the map list shows all destinations instead of just the ones you have earned. Nothing else is touched, so your skill trees, your cash and your Steam achievements stay exactly as you left them.
Do the unlocks stay after I close the game?
Yes. The moment you press a button, Full Roster writes the unlocks into the same profile save the game uses for its own progress, then saves the profile straight away. Quit, restart, come back tomorrow - the roster and the city list are still open. You do not have to run the mod again on every launch, and you do not have to keep ProjectMods running for the unlocks to hold.
Can I unlock only the team leaders and leave the cities locked?
Yes. Full Roster gives you three buttons. Unlock Everything does both sides at once, Unlock All Team Leaders only opens the character picker, and Unlock All Cities only opens the map screen. If you like discovering new destinations at your own pace but want the whole squad available right now, just press Unlock All Team Leaders and leave the cities alone.
Does Full Roster unlock Steam achievements as well?
No. Full Roster only changes what you can pick in game - it never reports anything to Steam, so your trophy gallery stays untouched. That split is deliberate: plenty of players want the roster open for a build experiment but still want to earn their trophies properly. If you do want the Steam side handled, use Achievement Unlocker, which is built for exactly that.
