</>What does Top Secret Dossier (Intel) do?
Intel is the quiet gatekeeper of Bomber Crew. Every upgrade tier, every piece of crew gear, every recruit on the board and a good chunk of the mission list sit behind an intel number. Top Secret Dossier hands you the files. Give Intel adds the amount you choose, Set Intel jumps you straight to an exact figure, and Max Out Intel opens absolutely everything in one press. Reset Intel takes you back to zero if you want the slow climb again. One honest warning: the game also uses your intel total to decide how tough the enemy fighters are. Max it out and you will meet the veterans sooner. If you want the full shop without the full fight, run Easy Street alongside it and pick your own enemy tier.

</>Common questions about Top Secret Dossier (Intel)
What does Top Secret Dossier do in Bomber Crew?
Top Secret Dossier gives you intel in Bomber Crew, and intel is the quiet gatekeeper of the whole game. Every upgrade tier for the bomber, every piece of crew gear, every recruit on the board and a good chunk of the mission list sit behind an intel number. Type an amount and press Give Intel to add it, press Set Intel to jump straight to an exact total, or press Max Out Intel to open absolutely everything in one go. Reset Intel takes you back to zero if you want the slow climb again. It's a premium mod from ProjectMods, the community-first PC mod manager for 400+ games, and it comes with one honest warning: more intel also means tougher enemy fighters.
What exactly does intel unlock in Bomber Crew?
Intel in Bomber Crew is the key to almost everything in the shop and on the mission board. Higher intel totals unlock the better bomber upgrades: engines, armour, turrets, fuel tanks and the rest of the hangar catalogue tier by tier. It unlocks the better crew gear too, the warmer flight suits, tougher helmets and improved parachutes. New recruits appear on the roster board as your intel climbs, and a number of missions only become available once you have gathered enough. Top Secret Dossier feeds all of that at once, so a single press of Max Out Intel turns a rookie squadron's sparse shop into the full catalogue, ready for Blank Cheque to pay for it.
Does giving myself intel make the enemy fighters harder?
Yes, and Top Secret Dossier is upfront about it. Bomber Crew uses your intel total for two things: unlocking the catalogue, and deciding which enemy fighter tier you face. Push intel up and the game sends tougher aircraft that hit harder and soak up more bullets, so a squadron that presses Max Out Intel on day one will meet the veteran aces on its next sortie. If you want the full shop without the full fight, run Easy Street, the ProjectMods difficulty picker, alongside it: switch on Override Enemy Tier, choose a gentle tier, and the fighters ignore your intel total. If you want the harder skies, just let the intel do its thing.
What is the difference between Give Intel, Set Intel and Max Out Intel?
Give Intel adds the number in the Amount field to whatever intel you already have in Bomber Crew. Set Intel replaces your total with that exact number, which is useful when you want a specific unlock tier and no more. Max Out Intel ignores the Amount field entirely and sets intel high enough to unlock every upgrade, gear item, recruit and intel-gated mission in one press. Reset Intel drops you to zero. A typical Top Secret Dossier routine is Max Out Intel for a sandbox campaign, or Set Intel to a modest figure when you want to skip the early grind but still have unlocks to look forward to. All four work at the airbase and show in the shop immediately.
Why pair Top Secret Dossier with Blank Cheque?
Because in Bomber Crew, intel decides what you are allowed to buy and funds decide whether you can afford it, and Top Secret Dossier only handles the first half. Max out your intel and the hangar and crew quarters show every engine, armour plate, turret, flight suit and recruit the game has, but the price tags are still real. Blank Cheque, the ProjectMods funds mod, covers the bill. Run both and you can build your dream bomber and kit out the crew on the first night of the campaign. Add Easy Street to keep the fighters friendly and you have a relaxed sandbox; leave it out and you have the best-equipped squadron facing the toughest skies.
