Can I tune walk and run speed to anything I want?
Yes. Vault Whisperer exposes two movement-speed sliders: one for dweller walking speed and one for dweller running speed. Both accept values well above the vanilla defaults, so you can have dwellers crossing the vault in a few seconds instead of half a minute. The sliders affect every dweller globally — there's no per-dweller exception. Lower values are also valid if you want a slower, more cinematic feel for content recording. Keep in mind very fast speeds can make targeted clicks harder because dwellers will already be on another floor by the time you click them; somewhere in the 2-4x range is the sweet spot most players use. Sliders can be moved live, no reload needed.
