</>What does Full Cylinder do?
In IRON NEST your firepower lives in the cylinder, and empty chambers mean the gun goes quiet until you requisition more punchcards. Full Cylinder skips that grind: pick HE, AP, STAR, or any other shell from the list, turn Enabled on, and every chamber fills with that round - then refills as you spend them. Change the dropdown any time to switch loadouts; the cylinders reload to match while Enabled stays on. Turn Enabled off to go back to managing shells the hard way. Pair it with Full Caisson so powder stays topped too, and with Loader's Day Off if you want the whole reload cycle off your hands.
</>What is Full Cylinder?
In IRON NEST empty cylinder chambers silence the gun until you requisition more punchcards. Full Cylinder lets you pick HE, AP, STAR, or any other shell from a dropdown, flip Enabled on, and fill every chamber with that round while keeping them topped up. Pair it with Full Caisson for powder and Loader's Day Off for auto-reload. Install it in one click through ProjectMods, the community-first PC mod manager for 400+ games.
</>Common questions about Full Cylinder
What does Full Cylinder do in IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator?
Full Cylinder fills your cylinder chambers with a shell type you choose and keeps them topped up as you fire. Pick HE, AP, STAR, or another round from the Shell Type dropdown, turn Enabled on, and every chamber loads with that ammo inside the mission you're in. It's a premium mod available through ProjectMods, the community-first PC mod manager for 400+ games.
How do I switch from HE to AP?
Change the Shell Type dropdown to AP Shell. If Enabled is already on, the cylinders refill with AP right away. If Enabled is off, pick the type first, then turn Enabled on when you want the cylinders filled.
Is Full Cylinder the same as Full Caisson?
No. Full Caisson keeps your powder charge supply topped up. Full Cylinder stocks the shell chambers in the revolver. In IRON NEST you need both powder and shells to keep firing, so many players run the two together and add Loader's Day Off if they also want the reload sequence handled automatically.
Do I still need punchcards for shells?
Not while Enabled is on. Full Cylinder loads the selected ammo straight into the cylinders, so you don't have to spend requisition on shell punchcards for that type. Powder, ranging, and laying the gun still work the normal way. Turn Enabled off if you want to go back to punchcard restocks.
What does Diagnose report for Full Cylinder?
Diagnose checks whether a cylinder was found in the mission and whether the selected shell type resolved to a real shell definition. Use it if Enabled is on but chambers stay empty - if it says the shell definition was not found, you're likely not in a live mission yet, or that shell isn't available in the current build.
What options does Full Cylinder include?
