You still travel to each marker and collect it yourself, so every reward is earned the normal way. Think of Lupo's Masterpiece as a perfect treasure map rather than a shortcut to the treasure. If you change your mind and want the thrill of searching back, Hide Collectibles Again returns the map to marking only what you've already found, and you can switch between the two whenever you like.
Does revealing the map change my completion percentage?
No. Revealing the map with Lupo's Masterpiece doesn't change the completion percentage in Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Reveal The Whole Map uncovers every area just like buying each map from Lupo, and a full completion is still yours to chase the usual way. Keep in mind the reveal is saved with your game and there's no button to cover the map back up, so press it when you're sure you want the full view.

Hide Collectibles Again switches the map back to its usual behaviour, marking only the collectibles you've already found.
