</>What does Blink (Party Teleport) do?
Kingmaker maps love a scenic route. The chest is thirty feet away and the path to it goes all the way around the ravine, through two encounters you have already won. Blink skips it. Put your mouse where you want to be, press the button, and everyone is standing there. They stop whatever they were doing first, so nobody immediately wanders back the way they came, and they land in a loose group rather than one stacked pile. In the launcher you can bind the button to a key, which is how you actually want to use it: hover, tap, arrive. No menu, no interruption. Switch on Teleport Selected Only and it moves just the characters you have picked, which is perfect for slipping a single rogue ahead to scout while the rest of the party stays put. Leave it off and the whole party travels together. If nothing is selected it falls back to moving everyone, so the button always does something sensible. Blink only works while you are actually walking around an area, so close any open window first. It never touches your save file.
</>What is Blink (Party Teleport)?
Blink puts a party teleport on a single button in Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Point at the far side of the ravine, tap your bound key, and everyone is standing there, or switch on Teleport Selected Only to slip one rogue ahead and scout. Blink sits on the free tier at ProjectMods, the community-first PC mod manager for 400+ games across Unity, Unreal and Godot.
</>Common questions about Blink (Party Teleport)
What does Blink do in Pathfinder: Kingmaker?
Blink is a party teleport for Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Point your mouse anywhere in the area you are exploring, press the button, and your whole party appears on that spot. It is built for the moment a chest sits thirty feet away and the walking route goes all the way around a ravine, through two encounters you already cleared. Your characters stop whatever they were doing before they travel, so nobody immediately wanders back the way they came, and they arrive in a loose group rather than one stacked pile.
How do I use Blink without opening the launcher every time?
Bind it to a key. Teleport Party To Cursor is a button rather than a switch, and in the ProjectMods launcher you can give any button its own hotkey. Once it is bound the whole thing becomes hover, tap, arrive, with no menu and no pause and no leaving Pathfinder: Kingmaker to click anything. That is the way Blink is meant to be played, because the destination is simply wherever your cursor happens to be sitting at the moment you press the key. Press it repeatedly to chain hops across a large map.
What does Teleport Selected Only change?
Teleport Selected Only narrows Blink down to the characters you currently have selected instead of moving the whole party. Select your rogue, press the button, and only they slip ahead to scout the corridor while the rest of your Pathfinder: Kingmaker party stays exactly where you left them. Leave the switch off and everyone travels together. There is a safety net built in as well: if nothing at all is selected when you press the button, the entire party moves anyway, so Blink always does something rather than quietly failing.
Are there places in Pathfinder: Kingmaker where Blink will not work?
Blink works while you are actually walking around a Pathfinder: Kingmaker area, so close any open window first. If the inventory, the journal, a conversation or the world map is up, there is no point on the ground for the mod to aim at and nothing happens. Close the window, put your mouse back on the ground, and press again. It also only ever moves your own party, so nothing else in the area is affected. It never touches your save file either, which means a campaign with Blink installed loads exactly the same with it switched off.
When is Blink most worth using in a Kingmaker run?
Blink earns its place on any Pathfinder: Kingmaker map you have already cleared. Backtracking to a chest you spotted behind a ravine, crossing a dungeon floor you have looted twice, or stepping past a trap corridor you have no interest in disarming again all become one key press instead of two minutes of walking. It is also handy for careful openings: send a single scout forward with Teleport Selected Only, look at what is waiting, then bring the rest of the party over. Pair it with Trail Blazer if the overland map is what is really costing you time.
What options does Blink (Party Teleport) include?
Teleport Selected Only
Move only the characters you have selected instead of the whole party. If nobody is selected, everyone moves anyway.
Teleport Party To Cursor
Move everyone to wherever your mouse is pointing. Bind this to a key in the launcher so you can use it without leaving the game.
Blink is a Pathfinder: Kingmaker mod from ProjectMods that teleports your whole party to wherever your mouse is pointing, so a locked door, a long detour or a trap corridor becomes one button press.
