Blueprint Bureau takes the order. Press Refresh List to read every building in the game, pick the one you want, choose how many copies to place, and press Offer Blueprint. It appears in your current selection bar as a normal choice, ready to place wherever you like. Because it arrives as a proper draft choice, placement rules still apply and the building behaves exactly as it should once it is down. What does Blueprint Bureau do in Combolands?

Yes. The Placements number decides how many copies of the chosen building land in your selection bar, so you can set it above one and lay down a whole row of the same type. That is the fastest way to see what a full line of one category does to a Combolands score, since category combos reward repetition and stacking five of something usually reads very differently to stacking one. Set it back to one when you just want a single missing piece.
Why is the Select Building dropdown empty when I first load Combolands?
The building catalogue is not available until you are actually in a run, so Blueprint Bureau starts with an empty list on purpose rather than showing you a stale one. Load into Combolands, then press Refresh List and the dropdown fills with every building the game knows about, each under its proper name so you can search for it the way you would say it. Press Refresh List again any time you want and it rebuilds the list from scratch, so a fresh run always hands you an accurate set of choices.
