</>What does Warpath (Combat Boost) do?
Core Keeper tracks melee, ranged, magic and explosive damage as genuinely separate things, which means a single blanket damage boost never quite fits the build you're playing. Warpath gives you a dial for each one. Running a bow build? Turn ranged up and leave the rest alone. Playing a bomb-heavy Explosives run? There's a dial for exactly that. On top of the four damage types you get attack speed, armour, crit chance and dodge chance, so you can shape the fighter rather than just inflating them. Keep the numbers modest for a run that still feels like Core Keeper with better gear, or push everything up when you want a boss to go down in one phase. Every dial is live, so you can retune mid-fight.
</>What is Warpath (Combat Boost)?
Core Keeper tracks melee, ranged, magic and explosive damage separately, so a blanket boost never fits the build you're playing. Warpath, from ProjectMods, gives you a dial for each, plus attack speed, armour, crit and dodge. Every dial is live, so you can retune mid-fight.
</>Common questions about Warpath (Combat Boost)
What does Warpath do in Core Keeper?
Warpath gives you eight separate combat dials in Core Keeper: melee, ranged, magic and explosive damage, plus attack speed, armour, crit chance and dodge chance. The game tracks those damage types as genuinely separate things, which means a single blanket boost never quite fits the build you're playing. Warpath lets you shape the fighter rather than just inflating them, and every dial is live so you can retune mid-fight.
Can I boost only ranged damage for a bow build?
Yes, and that's the point of Warpath. Running a bow build in Core Keeper? Turn Ranged Damage up and leave melee, magic and explosive exactly where they were. Playing a bomb-heavy Explosives run? There's a dial for precisely that. Because each damage type has its own slider, you can keep the boost pointed at the weapons you're actually using, so the build still feels like the build rather than a blanket power spike.
What do the armour, crit and dodge dials do?
Armour decides how much damage you shrug off, Crit Chance decides how often you land a critical hit, and Dodge Chance decides how often you avoid a hit entirely. Together with Attack Speed they're the four dials in Warpath that shape how a Core Keeper fight feels rather than just how hard you hit. Nudging armour and dodge a little makes a biome above your gear level survivable without making its enemies trivial.
Can I change Warpath's dials during a boss fight?
Yes — every dial in Warpath is live. If a Core Keeper titan fight is going better than expected you can ease the numbers back for a fairer fight, and if a phase is genuinely beating you, you can nudge damage or armour up without leaving the arena. Combat Boost is the master switch above all eight, so one press returns everything to normal when you want the fight played completely straight.
What's the difference between Warpath and Core Overcharge?
Warpath is the precise one and Core Overcharge is the blunt one. Warpath gives you eight separate Core Keeper dials so you can raise exactly the damage type your build uses and shape armour, crit, dodge and attack speed around it. Core Overcharge is a single multiplier that lifts everything — including mining power and maximum health — at once. Pick Warpath when you're building a fighter, Core Overcharge when you just want to be enormous.

System Requirements
What features does Warpath (Combat Boost) include?
- Gives melee, ranged, magic and explosive damage their own dials, so the boost fits the build you're playing
- Adds attack speed, armour, crit chance and dodge chance on top, so you shape a fighter rather than just inflate one
- Retunes live mid-fight, so you can nudge one number without leaving the boss room
- Works at modest settings too — small numbers feel like Core Keeper with better gear than you've found yet
Best For
- Bow builds that want ranged turned up and absolutely everything else left where it was
- Explosives runs where you'd like the bombs to hit as hard as the skill tree implies
- Boss fights you'd rather end in one phase than three, somewhere around the fourth attempt
- Players who enjoy the crit-and-dodge side of building a character more than raw damage numbers
- Pairing with Deep Well so a magic build has both the mana and the numbers to keep going
