Every entry is labelled with its kind first, so weapons sit with weapons, rings with rings, and usable gear with usable gear. Start typing a name and the list narrows to it. Pick something, set a quantity anywhere from one to a hundred, and press Give Item. The gear appears in your pack straight away, and the message you get back tells you the real number that arrived, not a hopeful guess.
