A barony that quietly fell apart while you were off exploring the Stolen Lands. Collecting the full set honestly means several complete runs, and most people have exactly one in them. Wall of Fame hands them over instead. Press Refresh List to pull every achievement into the dropdown, pick the one that is missing, and award it. Or skip the picking entirely and take the whole list in a single press, including the badges attached to the standalone side campaigns, which come across from wherever you happen to be playing. Awards land on your Steam profile exactly the way an earned one does, and your in-game record updates to match, so the achievement screen inside Kingmaker agrees with your profile. It is also honest with you. Instead of flashing a success message and hoping, Wall of Fame checks the record afterwards and tells you the real number that actually landed, so a half-full wall gets a half-full count rather than a clean sweep you did not get. Why is the achievement list empty when I first open it?

Because Kingmaker asks for a hundred hours and then locks a chunk of its achievements behind decisions you made forty hours ago and cannot revisit. Some of them contradict each other outright, so no single run can hold them all, and the honest route is three or four complete campaigns with the side campaigns on top. Most people have exactly one playthrough in them. Wall of Fame lets you keep the run you actually enjoyed and still fill out the wall, and it counts what genuinely landed afterwards and tells you the real number, rather than flashing a success message and calling the job done.
