How do I install Employee of the Month (Every Achievement)?
Download the free ProjectMods desktop app, then install Employee of the Month (Every Achievement) for Better Chaos in one click.
</>What does Employee of the Month (Every Achievement) do?
Everything in Its Place wants all 32,142 items placed. Absolute Magnetism wants 5,000 items moved with the magnet. Better Chaos has no achievement screen of its own either, so Steam is the only place any of it shows. Employee of the Month works on that Steam record directly. Pick an achievement in the Achievement dropdown and press Earn This Achievement. Earn Every Achievement collects the full set in one go, and Lock All Achievements clears all 22 from your profile. Start the game from Steam, since every button talks to it.
</>What is Employee of the Month (Every Achievement)?
Better Chaos keeps its achievements on Steam and nowhere else, and some of them ask for tens of thousands of placements. Employee of the Month lets you choose one from the Achievement dropdown and press Earn This Achievement, take every one with Earn Every Achievement, or wipe the slate with Lock All Achievements. It writes to Steam only, never to your save.
</>Common questions about Employee of the Month (Every Achievement)
What does Employee of the Month do in Better Chaos?
It unlocks Better Chaos's Steam achievements when you ask: one at a time, all 22 at once, or none at all if you'd rather clear them. The full set goes on your profile without grinding through 32,142 placements or 500 power uses to get there.
Which 22 achievements can it earn?
Every one Steam lists for Better Chaos. Placing items: Getting Organized (500), Taking Shape (10,000), Master Organizer (20,000) and Everything in Its Place (all 32,142). Item vacuum: A Little Cleanup, Deep Cleaning, Maximum Suction and Nothing Escapes at 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 3,000. Item magnet: Stick With It!, Natural Attraction, Magnetic Force and Absolute Magnetism at 500, 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000. Maps: First Steps, Chaos Intensifies and Master of Chaos for Maps 1, 2 and 3. Shelves: One Shelf at a Time (250), Fully Stocked (1,000) and Perfect Hypermarket (every shelf). Powers: A Little Boost, Powered Up, Power Addict and Unlimited Power at 50, 150, 300 and 500.
Why did some achievements come back after I pressed Lock All Achievements?
Because the game re-checks its own totals as you play. Lock All Achievements clears all 22 on Steam, but the counts in your save don't change, and Better Chaos hands back any achievement whose count you've already passed the next time it checks. Placing achievements return on your next shelved item, and the rest the next time you do whatever they count, map ones included when you finish that map again. There's no button for locking a single achievement.
Why does the launcher say Steam isn't available?
Because Better Chaos wasn't started through Steam, or Steam isn't running. Every button works through your Steam profile, so launch the game from Steam and press again. A different reply, that Steam didn't accept the achievement or the change, means Steam was there but said no at that moment, so wait a few seconds and retry. Nothing is ever half done: the reply tells you what Steam actually did.
Will earning achievements this way affect my leaderboard times?
No. Employee of the Month only writes to Steam's list of achievements, so it can't speed up a run and never keeps one off the leaderboards. Your money and map times stay as they are. If you'd like the item totals behind the achievements to climb for real, Aisle Autopilot shelves through the game's own placement, so everything it puts away counts.

System Requirements
What features does Employee of the Month (Every Achievement) include?
- The Achievement dropdown lists all 22 with what each normally asks of you, from Getting Organized (place 500 items) to Unlimited Power (use 500 powers).
- The launcher answers every press, with 'Earned: Getting Organized', 'Earned all 22 achievements.' or 'Locked all 22 achievements.'
- The buttons work from the main menu as soon as the game has loaded, so there's no need to be in a store.
- Earn Every Achievement and Lock All Achievements work from Steam's own list for the game, so they would cover an achievement added in a later update too.
Best For
- You finished Map 3, but Master of Chaos never appeared on Steam. Pick it in the Achievement dropdown, press Earn This Achievement, and it's there.
- Everything in Its Place wants every item placed and you have a few evenings, not a few weeks. Press Earn Every Achievement and spend those evenings on the maps you enjoy.
- You'd like the four magnet achievements without moving 5,000 items with the magnet. Earn Stick With It! through Absolute Magnetism one by one from the dropdown and keep playing for the rest.
- A few test presses left achievements on your profile that you didn't really earn. Press Lock All Achievements and carry on playing, and the game hands back the ones your save has already reached.
