Why is the appliance list empty when I first load in?
The dropdown starts out empty and fills the moment you ask it to. Press Refresh List once you are actually inside a restaurant and every appliance in the game drops in, ready to pick. If the list ever looks short or stale, after loading a different save for example, press Refresh again and it rebuilds from scratch. It is a one-press quirk rather than a fault, and it is the first thing to try any time the dropdown is not showing what you expect.
Which appliances can Delivery Truck actually deliver?
Everything the game has, not just the ones the shop happens to be offering. Refresh List pulls the full PlateUp! appliance catalogue into the dropdown, including the pieces you normally only see late in a run or on a lucky shopping day. Whatever you pick arrives fully built and immediately usable - it is not a prop or a blueprint you still need to buy, it is the real appliance sitting next to your chef ready to be pushed into place. That makes it as good for testing a kitchen layout as it is for rescuing a run that never got offered what it needed.
How do I pick and deliver an appliance?
Three controls, in order. Press Refresh List to load every appliance in PlateUp! into the dropdown. Use Select Appliance to choose the one you want. Then press Deliver Appliance and it appears next to your chef, built and ready. You can deliver as many as you like in a row - pick, press, pick, press - which is how you build a whole kitchen in about a minute. Not a coin of in-game money is spent, and no shopping day is needed. If the dropdown looks empty or out of date at any point, Refresh List rebuilds it and you carry on.
Does Delivery Truck work if I am not hosting the PlateUp! lobby?
No. PlateUp! builds the restaurant on the host's machine, so appliances are the host's to place. Delivery Truck takes effect in single-player and when you are hosting; join a friend's game and your deliveries have nowhere to land, because their game is the one deciding what is in the kitchen. Host the session yourself and everyone in the lobby gets to use whatever you deliver, because the appliances are simply part of the restaurant at that point. It is the same story for our other PlateUp! mods that change the restaurant rather than just your own chef.
